What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• To register a child for a sport
• To process transactions related to the sport including registrations, late fees, etc.
• To send periodic emails informing you of WBYAA related activities. 

Once a sport you have registered for has ended, you may contact    and request to be removed from the database.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

The WBYAA  will not sell, nor distribute any information collected during the registration process to any organization or sponsor.

All information collected will only be used for official WBYAA business.

How do we protect your information?

A CORI background check is required before any member of the organization is granted access to the information collected.

No member of the organization shall use the information collected for any purpose other than WBYAA related communication. 

Use of team and league distribution email lists through the website can be monitored by authorized WBYAA members.

Any individual in violation of the above policy may be brought before the Executive Board for disciplinary action.

We may include links to our sponsors. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these sites.
